These terms are written for the Warlord Cards community site and player locator. They are intended to explain how the service is used and moderated; they should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being treated as legal advice.
1. About This Site
Warlord Cards is a community resource for Warlord CCG players, collectors, and stores. The site includes archive resources, community links, and a player locator that helps players find nearby verified profiles and stores.
2. Accounts and Verified Profiles
You may create an account to claim or create verified map pins. You agree to provide accurate information for your account and to keep your login credentials secure. We may contact you about your account, claimed pins, verification status, support requests, moderation, or changes that affect your use of the locator.
3. Public Map Information
If you publish a verified player pin, the public map may show your display name, city or region, optional note, and any public contact handles you provide, such as Discord or Facebook. Player pins are intended to appear near a city or region rather than reveal a home address.
Store pins may include store names, addresses, public contact details, websites, event links, and similar business information. Stores are shown at their public business locations.
4. Claiming Pins
Legacy player pins and seeded store pins may be claimable. By claiming a pin, you represent that you are the person, store owner, manager, or authorized representative connected to that pin. We may reject, reverse, hide, or adjust claims if we believe a claim is inaccurate, abusive, duplicative, or unauthorized.
5. Publishing, Unpublishing, and Removal
You may publish or unpublish supported player pins from your account controls. Unpublishing removes a supported pin from the public map while keeping the saved record available for account management. You may request help with changes or removal by contacting warlordcardgamer@gmail.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site or locator to:
- Impersonate another person, store, or organization.
- Publish private home addresses or private contact details.
- Harass, spam, scrape, or misuse community contact details.
- Upload or submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful content.
- Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the site.
7. Marketing and Updates
News, marketing, and update messages are required for verified map access. If you opt in, we may use your email address to send Warlord-related news, site updates, community announcements, or similar messages. If you no longer want these messages, you can opt out by updating your profile preferences or using any unsubscribe or contact method provided in a message; opting out may limit or disable verified profile and pin features.
8. Data We Store
Account and locator records may include your email address, display name, public handles, consent preferences, saved pin locations, claimed pin relationships, public pin notes, and timestamps. We use this information to operate accounts, publish or hide pins, support claims, moderate the locator, and communicate about account or locator activity.
9. Accuracy and Availability
The archive, map, store list, and locator information are provided as community resources. We do our best to keep them useful, but we cannot guarantee that all locations, links, event details, or archived materials are complete, current, or error-free.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the site and locator evolve. Continued use of the account or locator features after an update means you accept the updated terms.
